The QuanDe KD knock-down bed slat frame ships flat in a single compact carton and assembles in about 15 minutes. Built on a 30×30mm carbon-steel tube frame (1.0mm standard wall) with 50mm-wide, 10mm-thick poplar slats. Available in 900/1200/1600/1800/2000 × 2000mm. Its knock-down design dramatically cuts shipping volume — up to ~1,500 sets per 40HQ container — making it ideal for importers, furniture brands, wholesalers and cross-border e-commerce.
